About Beauport Court
Beauport Court is a twenty-four unit condominium on Bell Channel in Port Lucaya, Grand Bahama. It is a short walk from beaches, shops, restaurants and other amenities, an ideal place to enjoy island life.
The Board of Management provides this website as a service to the owners of units in Beauport Court.
Documents
Beauport Court keeps a Google Drive repository of documents for owners. It includes the Law of Property and Conveyancing (Condominium) Act, the Beauport Court Declaration, the bylaws, AGM and board minutes, the log of board motions made by email, the Register of Owners and other useful documents.
Access is for owners and is approved by the Board. You'll need a Google account to open it; a free Gmail account works.
